1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," or "you") and 53jili ("53jili," "we," "us," or "our"), governing your access to and use of the 53jili website, mobile platform, games, betting services, and all related features and content (collectively, the "Platform").

By registering an account, accessing the Platform, or placing any wager or bet through 53jili, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in full, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, which are incorporated herein by reference.

If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the 53jili Platform and close your account. Continued use of the Platform following any amendment to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

2. Eligibility

To register and maintain an account with 53jili, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

• You must be at least 21 years of age, as required under Philippine law and the regulations of the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR).
• You must be a natural person and not a corporation, partnership, trust, or other legal entity.
• You must be physically located in a jurisdiction where online gambling is lawful at the time of placing any wager.
• You must not be listed on any self-exclusion register maintained by PAGCOR or any other recognized gaming authority.
• You must not be an employee, contractor, director, officer, or agent of 53jili, or an immediate family member of any such person.
• You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.

53jili reserves the right to request documentary proof of age and identity at any time. Accounts found to be held by persons who do not meet the eligibility requirements will be suspended immediately and any funds held in such accounts may be forfeited in accordance with applicable law and PAGCOR regulations.

3. Account Registration & Security

Each individual may hold only one (1) registered account on the 53jili Platform. The creation of duplicate, multiple, or fraudulent accounts is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of all associated balances.

When registering, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of your registration details and must promptly update any information that changes. 53jili is not liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain accurate account information.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. You agree to:

• Choose a strong, unique password and not share it with any third party.
• Log out of your account after each session, particularly on shared or public devices.
• Notify 53jili immediately at [email protected] if you suspect any unauthorized access to your account.
• Enable two-factor authentication (2FA) where available for enhanced account security.

53jili will never ask for your password via email, live chat, or any other communication channel. Any communication purporting to be from 53jili that requests your password should be treated as fraudulent and reported immediately.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on the 53jili Platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). 53jili supports deposits and withdrawals via GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, and Metrobank, subject to availability and applicable transaction limits.

Deposits: Deposits are credited to your 53jili wallet upon confirmation from the relevant payment provider. Minimum and maximum deposit amounts are displayed at the time of transaction. 53jili does not charge fees on deposits, though your payment provider may apply their own charges.

Withdrawals: 53jili processes withdrawal requests within 1–2 hours for GCash and PayMaya under normal operating conditions. Bank transfer withdrawals (BPI, BDO, Metrobank) may take up to one (1) business day. Processing times may be extended during periods of high volume, system maintenance, or where additional verification is required.

All withdrawals are subject to the following conditions:

• Your account must be fully verified (KYC complete) before any withdrawal is processed.
• Withdrawals must be made to a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party withdrawals are not permitted.
• Any active bonus wagering requirements must be satisfied before withdrawal of bonus-derived funds.
• 53jili reserves the right to conduct additional verification checks on withdrawal requests, which may temporarily delay processing.
• Minimum withdrawal amounts apply and are displayed in the cashier section of your account.

53jili reserves the right to reverse or withhold any withdrawal where there is reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or breach of these Terms, pending investigation.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

53jili offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players, including but not limited to welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, and event-specific promotions. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms, in addition to any specific terms attached to each individual offer:

• Bonuses are available to eligible registered players only. 53jili reserves the right to determine eligibility at its sole discretion.
• Each bonus offer may only be claimed once per player, per household, per IP address, and per device, unless otherwise stated.
• Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements, which must be met before any withdrawal of bonus-derived winnings. Wagering requirements are specified in the terms of each individual promotion.
• Bonuses must be used within the validity period stated in the relevant promotion. Expired bonuses are forfeited automatically.
• 53jili reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice.
• Any attempt to abuse the bonus system, including through the use of multiple accounts, coordinated betting strategies, or other fraudulent means, will result in the forfeiture of all bonus funds and may result in account suspension.

6. Game Rules & Fair Play

All games available on the 53jili Platform are governed by individual game rules, which are accessible within each game interface. By participating in any game, you agree to be bound by the applicable game rules.

53jili uses certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology for all applicable games to ensure fair and unpredictable outcomes. Live dealer games are conducted by trained dealers in real time and are subject to the same fairness standards.

In the event of a technical malfunction, disconnection, or system error during gameplay, 53jili will make reasonable efforts to resolve the issue fairly. However, 53jili does not guarantee uninterrupted access to the Platform and shall not be liable for losses arising from technical failures beyond its reasonable control.

Bets placed in error, or where a technical fault has materially affected the outcome of a game, may be voided at 53jili's discretion. The decision of 53jili's management in all disputes relating to game outcomes is final.

7. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 53jili Platform. Violation of any of these prohibitions may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and referral to relevant law enforcement authorities:

• Registering more than one account or using another person's account.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or verification.
• Using the Platform for any money laundering, terrorist financing, or other illegal financial activity.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or vulnerabilities to gain an unfair advantage.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to interact with the Platform.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes or betting markets.
• Engaging in any form of fraud, including chargeback fraud or payment reversal abuse.
• Accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by law.
• Allowing a minor (any person under 21 years of age) to access or use your 53jili account.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing 53jili staff or other players through any communication channel.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the 53jili Platform, including but not limited to the 53jili name, logo, trademarks, game graphics, software, text, images, audio, video, and user interface design, is the exclusive property of 53jili or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This licence does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any content from the Platform without prior written consent from 53jili.
• Modify, adapt, translate, reverse engineer, or create derivative works based on any Platform content or software.
• Use any 53jili trademark, logo, or brand element in any manner that could cause confusion or imply endorsement.
• Scrape, crawl, or systematically extract data from the Platform by automated means.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 53jili, its directors, officers, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of winnings, profits, or revenue.
• Loss of data or account information.
• Interruption or unavailability of the Platform.
• Unauthorized access to your account by a third party.
• Any action taken by 53jili in good faith in accordance with these Terms.

53jili's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising under or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your 53jili account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

10. Responsible Gaming

53jili is committed to promoting responsible gaming and player welfare. We provide a range of tools to help players manage their gaming activity, including deposit limits, session time limits, loss limits, and self-exclusion options. These tools are accessible from your account settings at any time.

If you believe your gambling is becoming problematic, we strongly encourage you to use the self-exclusion facility available on the 53jili Platform, which will prevent you from accessing your account for a specified period. Self-exclusion requests are processed promptly and cannot be reversed during the exclusion period.

Players who are self-excluded must not attempt to circumvent the exclusion by registering new accounts. Any account opened in breach of a self-exclusion will be closed immediately and any funds held therein may be forfeited.

11. Termination & Account Closure

You may close your 53jili account at any time by contacting our support team. Upon closure, any remaining balance in your account (net of any applicable bonus forfeitures) will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to completion of any outstanding verification requirements.

53jili reserves the right to suspend or permanently close your account at any time, with or without prior notice, if:

• You breach any provision of these Terms.
• 53jili is required to do so by law, regulation, or order of a competent authority.
• 53jili reasonably suspects fraudulent, illegal, or abusive activity on your account.
• Your account has been inactive for a period of twelve (12) consecutive months.
• 53jili ceases to operate the Platform in your jurisdiction.

Upon termination for breach, 53jili reserves the right to withhold any balance in your account pending investigation. Where fraud or illegal activity is confirmed, balances may be forfeited and the matter referred to the appropriate authorities.

12. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

In the event of any dispute between you and 53jili, you agree to first contact our customer support team to seek an informal resolution. 53jili will make reasonable efforts to resolve disputes promptly and fairly.

If a dispute cannot be resolved informally within thirty (30) days, either party may refer the matter to the appropriate regulatory body or competent courts of the Republic of the Philippines. You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Philippine courts for the resolution of any dispute that cannot be settled by other means.

13. Amendments to These Terms

53jili reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time at its sole discretion. When material changes are made, 53jili will notify registered players via email or a prominent notice on the Platform prior to the changes taking effect.

The most current version of these Terms will always be available on this page, with the effective date updated accordingly. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. Your continued use of the 53jili Platform following the posting of any amendments constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

If you do not agree to any amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure by contacting our support team.
